项目摘要

リサイクル率日本一の大崎町の教育委員会と連携して、大崎町の授業研究に参画する機会を得た。大崎町担当者や教育委員会担当者と、Zoomで打ち合わせを4回行った。その後、2022年7月11日に、大崎町を訪問し、有機工場、リサイクルセンター、ゴミ処分場を見学した。その後、（一社）大崎町SDGs推進協議会担当者、大崎中学校の校長と意見交換した。その後、引き続いて学習スキル（コミュニケーションスキル、情報活用スキル、自己啓発スキル）・教師スキルを開発していった。2023年2月6日・7日の金沢学院大学において研究協議を行った。それは、SDGsに対応した学習・教師スキルについて、大崎町SDGs研究協議会の小中学校の先生方に、学習・教師スキルを深く理解していただくために、何を強調し、学習スキルのアクティビティー体験で何を理解してもらうとよいか、研究分担者の多田孝志教授（金沢学院大学）、小嶋祐伺郎教授（金沢学院大学）を交えて研究協議した。そして、教師の姿勢は学習者を励まし勇気づけるものでなければならないという結論に至った。学びの主体は学習者であり、教師は教え込みをするのではなく、黒子として学習者の学びを見守り促進するファシテーターでなければならないと話し合った。それこそが教師スキルだと再確認した。多田孝志教授を交えた研究協議からの学びから、2月17日の鹿児島県大崎町のSDGs研究協議会の小中学校の先生方に、学習・教師スキルについて重視して伝える内容が整理できた。大崎町教育委員会の教育長と意見交換することができた。学習・教師スキルの説明と体験をする研修会を行った。大崎町の各学校から１名の計７名、指導主事、教育長と合計9名の参加者で研修を行い、学習スキル・教師スキルを理解していただいた。今後、学習スキル・教師スキルの実践によって、教師の意識がどのように変化したかについても調査する予定である。
