本研究の目的は，対人的感情制御としての感情の非言語的行動の役割を解明することである。本研究では，外的な感情制御，すなわち「自らの感情表出によって他者の感情を制御すること」に焦点を当てる。2022年度は対人感情制御時の制御方略と非言語行動に関する質問紙調査を行った。対人感情制御方略を測定するための質問紙はいくつか開発されているが，方略の一般的な使用傾向など長期的視点から測定するものが多く，本研究で注目したい他者との個々のコミュニケーションにおいて用いられる方略を測定するための質問紙はあまりない。そこで，即時的な対人感情制御方略について測定するための質問紙を作成することとした。これは，今後実施予定のコミュニケーション実験において使用する計画である。本調査では，コミュニケーション中の対人感情制御経験を想起してもらい，自由記述で回答を求めた。次に先行研究や，研究責任者と共同研究者の協議に基づき作成した制御方略に関する質問項目に回答を求めた。さらに，制御時の非言語行動について問う質問項目に回答を求めた。その結果，対人感情制御方略として「認知的サポート」「社会情動的サポート」「感情の増強」「注意の方向づけ」「敵意・否認」「チアアップ」の6因子が，非言語行動として「接触」「受容」「拒否・回避」「強調」「抑制・中立化」の5因子が見いだされた。また，怒り，悲しみ，不安，落胆の感情が対人感情制御の対象となりやすいこと，制御対象との関係性によって使用される方略や非言語行動が異なることが示唆された。今後は本調査で得られた感情制御方略の感情や状況による差異について調査を行うこと，実験的研究により行動面から対人感情制御方略や非言語行動を検討する予定である。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between emotional control and non-verbal actions. This study focuses on the control of external emotions, namely, the expression of emotions by oneself and the control of emotions by others. In 2022, a paper survey was conducted on control strategies and non-verbal actions related to human emotion control. In this study, we focused on the general use tendency of the strategy and the long-term perspective of the strategy. This is a real-time way to measure people's feelings and control strategies. This is a plan for future use. In this survey, we found that the relationship between the two sides of the relationship was not easy to understand, and the relationship between the two sides was not easy to understand. The first study, the agreement between the study responsible person and the co-investigator, the preparation of the control strategy, the question and the answer. In this case, the non-verbal action of the control time is to ask the question item and ask the answer. As a result, the six factors of emotional control strategy, cognitive support, social emotional support, emotional enhancement, attention direction, hostility, denial and rejection, and the five factors of non-verbal action, contact, acceptance, rejection, avoidance, emphasis and inhibition, neutralization are divided into three groups. Anger, sadness, uneasiness, emotion, emotion, control, relationship, strategy, nonverbal action, etc. In the future, this research will find out the differences between emotional control strategy and emotional situation, and the research will be conducted in the future.
