项目摘要

本研究では、看護学生が看護基礎教育を通して修得することが求められる臨床判断力とは、また多様に理解されている「臨床判断」の定義とは、という2つの研究の問いを立てた。この問いに対して、看護系大学の看護基礎教育課程における臨床判断力の捉え方を知ることと、文献研究から社会的・歴史的文脈を踏まえて臨床判断力の定義をみることを本研究の目的としている。昨年度と同様に本年度も新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大の状況下にあったため会議は対面ではなくすべてオンラインで実施した。文献研究においては臨床判断・臨床推論に関する理論的・実践的研究や看護過程の導入の歴史的背景等について、文献調査を継続して行なった。国内外の看護教育や看護実践に関する研究において用いられている臨床判断・臨床推論の定義や、看護過程におけるこれらの位置付けや関係などについて検討を重ねた。基礎教育で求められる臨床判断力や臨床推論力については批判的思考力や状況認識などの視点からも意見を交換し、現状と検討を要する課題の明確化を共有した。この議論を踏まえて、看護基礎教育課程における臨床判断に関する教育の実態調査を進めた。調査実施にかかる研究倫理審査申請手続きにやや時間を要したが、研究実施の承認が得られインタビュー調査に取り掛かることができた。なお、インタビュー調査では臨床判断・臨床推論・看護診断に対する認識や考え、看護過程を用いた教育指導における臨床判断の位置付けなどについてインタビューを行なっている。次年度は調査を継続し、同時に文献研究を進め、関連する学術集会等でここまでの検討を一つの成果として報告する予定である。

This study aims to establish the definition of clinical judgment and the understanding of multiple factors in nursing students 'basic nursing education. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between clinical judgment and knowledge in the curriculum of nursing basic education in nursing colleges and universities. Literature research includes clinical judgment, clinical inference, theoretical and practical research, background of introduction history of nursing process, and literature survey. Domestic and foreign nursing education and nursing practice related research, use, clinical judgment, clinical inference, definition, nursing process, position, relationship, examination and discussion. Basic education requires clinical judgment, clinical reasoning, critical thinking, understanding of situations, exchange of opinions, discussion of current situations, and clarification of important topics. This discussion is based on the investigation of the clinical judgment related to the education of nursing basic education curriculum. The time required for the application for ethical review of the investigation is not limited to the time required for the acceptance of the investigation.
