本研究は、Virtual Reality（以下VR）技術を用いて急変時の場面を疑似体験できるVR教材を作成し、急変時における学生の着眼点や思考過程を明らかすることを目的としている。本研究は第1段階として、VR教材作成のための基礎調査として、令和4年度に急変対応に関する新人看護師の課題について集中ケア認定看護師と救急看護認定看護師にインタビュー調査を実施した。インタビュー調査の結果については、現在分析を行っており、令和5年度に学会発表と論文投稿を行う予定である。第1段階の調査結果をもとに、令和5年度より研究の第2段階であるVRを活用した急変対応時の動画の作成を行い、動画を学生に視聴してもらい視線解析を行い、急変時の学生の着眼点や思考過程について明らかにする予定である。令和5年度のVRを活用した研究に向けて、第42回日本看護科学学会学術集会において「基礎看護教育におけるVirtual Reality技術の活用の現状」について発表を行った。

This study aims to use Virtual Reality (VR) technology to create VR teaching materials for students in emergency situations and to clarify their thinking processes. This study is based on the first phase, VR teaching material preparation, basic survey, and the fourth year, emergency response related to the new caregiver issues, centralized, certified nurses and emergency care certified nurses, and the implementation of the survey. The results of the survey are scheduled for publication, analysis, and submission in the fifth year. The results of the first stage of the study are as follows: 1. The VR is used in the second stage of the study. The animation is created in the middle of the animation. The animation is viewed by the students. The focus of the students is analyzed in the middle of the animation. The thinking process is clearly defined. The 42nd Academic Conference of the Japanese Nursing Science Society held in Japan in 2005 was held to discuss the development of "The current situation of the use of Virtual Reality technology in basic nursing education."
