本研究は、地方の小規模市町村が協働で行うオンライン・マタニティクラスに参加する母親の妊娠中から産後の気持ちや行動の変化を明らかにすることを目的としている。R4年は、４町1市保健センターと5産科医療機関の協力を得て、妊娠20週から産後1ヵ月までの4時点で調査１対照群への調査を継続的に実施している。また、協力市町保健センター保健師とは、R4年度3回の全体会議を行った。研究者からは研究進捗状況や質問紙項目に関する説明、調査１アンケート回答者からの質問内容などの報告、保健師側からは各市町の母子健康手帳発行時の様子などを報告して情報を共有した。そして、R4年後半の2回の会議ではR5年度から開催する予定のオンラインクラスの開催予定日と担当市町を検討して予定日程を決定することができた。R5年1月からオンラインクラスの参加者確保のためのリクルートを開始した。
