项目摘要

本研究の目的は、①「家族」の立場から家族員の疾患に関する確率情報に接した際の、疾患や治療（予防）へのリスク認知の傾向と認知バイアスの実際、それに影響する因子を明らかにする、②疾患・治療（予防）に関する情報の伝え方による市民、その家族のリスク認知の違いを検証し、それぞれの認知傾向に適した情報提供方法を明らかにする、③市民（患者）とその家族の認知的側面に焦点を当てたリスクコミュニケーション技法を開発することであった。3年目である2023年度は、昨年度までに収集した全3回分の縦断データの解析をすすめた。COVID-19に対する、リスク認知と予防行動に対する認識が、本人が自身に対して評価する場合とその家族に対して評価する場合に異なることが明らかになった。また、本研究の目的の一つである「疾患や予防についての情報や情報発信源に対する認識とリスクに対する認識、予防行動に対する認識を明らかにする」に対するリサーチクエスチョンの沿った解析を行った。その結果、長期にわたる新興感染症流行下において、社会的距離や換気、手洗いなどの予防行動については、医師や感染経験者の発信した情報を信頼している人がより予防行動に従事することが示唆され、これについて論文を執筆し公表した。さらに、ワクチン接種については、診察で接する主治医への信頼があることが促進要因であることが示唆された。これらについても、論文を執筆し公表した。
