再就職看護師を対象としたパネル調査にむけて、「社会化戦術」及び「プロアクティブ行動」に関する文献検討を行い、再就職看護師を対象とした質問紙を作成した。1年間にわたって同じ対象者を経時的に調査することで、変化した対象と変化しなかった対象との識別ができ、2つの集団を区別する特性を検証できると考えている。社会化戦術尺度、プロアクティブ行動尺度、および「再就職者の組織社会化にむけた学習尺度」を用いて無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施する予定である。
