项目摘要

本研究の目的は、介護老人福祉施設における介護職員に対する喀痰吸引等研修修了後のフォローアップ研修を開発することにある。本年度は、2021年度に実施した介護老人福祉施設における喀痰吸引等研修修了後の介護職員が希望するフォローアップ研修内容の調査結果をもとに、介護老人福祉施設の喀痰吸引研修修了後の介護職員を対象にフォローアップ研修を考案をした。考案した結果、フォローアップ研修の方法は対面とし、内容は喀痰吸引の基本的知識に関する講義、シミュレータによる技術演習、日頃、困ったことが共有ができる座談会とした。開催において、実施場所の施設の近隣の介護老人福祉施設に研修参加へのご協力のご案内を郵送し募集を行った。昨年度、実施した実態調査結果によれば、喀痰吸引研修は、対象とした介護老人福祉施設の43.6％（68名）が実施してないと回答しており、まだまだフォローアップ研修については定着していない。そのため、調査結果から介護職員が希望する喀痰吸引のフォローアップ研修を考案したことは意義があると考える。今後は、考案したフォローアップ研修を実施し、さらに介護職員のニーズにそった研修方法、内容を検討していく予定である。
