本研究では自覚的負担感を軽減するための対処能力を高める支援方法の構築を行うことを目的とし、研究を進めている。まず自覚的負担感を軽減するための対処能力を高める支援方法に応用できる理論や概念について検討し、自覚的負担感を軽減するための対処能力を高める支援方法について精選した。令和4年度の研究実施計画として、自覚的負担感を軽減するための対処能力を高める支援方法に関する真実性と信用可能性の検討を目的としたインタビュー調査の実施に向けた研究協力者への依頼および実施を挙げていた。しかし、COVID-19の感染拡大に伴い、県外移動や研究協力者との調整が困難であり、実施ができなかった。したがって、令和5年度は自覚的負担感を軽減するための対処能力を高める支援方法の真実性と信用可能性を確認し質問紙を作成する。そして、訪問看護師を対象とした質問紙調査を実施する。
