项目摘要

本研究はゲーミングシミュレーションを活用し、その「棋譜」が公共意思決定を支える情報をどう生成できるかを探求することを目的としている。具体的には、(A)棋譜の設計・運用・分析による情報生成の可能性、(B)異なる状況でも適用可能な棋譜とゲームデザインの検討、そして(C)棋譜手法の改善による効果を実証研究によって検証する。その一環として、小野(2022)・Ono (2022)では避難行動のシミュレーションを通じて、広域避難情報が住民の安全な避難にどう寄与するかを明らかにした。これは、意思決定の過程を記録し分析する棋譜の可能性を具体的に示すものであり、研究目的(A)に直接関連する。一方、小野ら(2022)と小野(2023, 掲載決定)では、気候変動に適応するための地域特有のゲームの開発と、それを通じた討論をサポートするという観点から、ゲームデザインの検討を行った。特に、2023年の研究では、地域のレジリエンスを向上させるための対策として、土地利用やコミュニティ機能の再編を含めた多角的な視点からの対策が重要であることを強調した。これらの成果は、ゲームデザインが棋譜をより有効に利用するために重要であることを示しており、目的(B)に密接に関連している。本研究によって、ゲーミングシミュレーションと棋譜が公共意思決定と地域の課題理解をどのように支えるかが具体的に明らかになり、それが実際のフィールドワークと密接に結びついた形で示された。

This study aims to explore the use of information and the purpose of public rational decision-making Specifically,(A) Possibility of information generation in the design, application, and analysis of chess scores,(B) Possibility of application of chess scores to different situations, and (C) Possibility of evidence research in the improvement of chess scores. Ono (2022) and Ono (2022) provide information on evacuation operations and safety of residents. The possibility of recording and analyzing the rational decision-making process is directly related to the purpose of the study. A party, Ono (2022) and Ono (2023, Rev. Decision) are responsible for the development and communication of regional specific information. In particular, in 2023, the research on land use and land use management was carried out in an upward direction. The result of this game is that it is important to show that the goal is closely related to the game.
