项目摘要

本年度実施した「未来創出型社会科授業」に関する開発・実施は、小学校（歴史）において1点、高校公民科において1点である（いずれも現場教師と共同）。小学校においては。歴史学習において学習対象となる歴史人物（吉田松陰を選定）に関する意思決定と行動に関する小グループ別ロールプレイ課題を実施し、教育効果を①通常型授業、②前年度の同題材によるロールプレイ型授業、と比較した。通常型授業においては学習対象の「正確な」追体験的理解が目標となるが、本課題においては、歴史状況の学習の上で、各学習者の解釈による「未来創出」と「創造的追体験」が求められ、その効果として，対象とした歴史人物の「目で」事象を見る「見方・考え方」の獲得が予想される。昨年度試行においては、この「目で」現代日本を理解・評価する課題、本年度試行においては、同時代事象（明治維新）を理解・評価する課題を、それぞれディブリーフィング課題として設定した。結果として、同時代事象を対象とした課題の達成が現代事象課題よりもすぐれた質のものとなることが確認された。活動体験の活用に関する事後課題の設定方法に示唆が得られた。高校においては、生徒（小グループ）に疑似的に政党を結成させ、「政見放送」をタブレットで自撮りさせて発表・相互評価させるという主権者教育のゲーミング課題を実施した。通常、内外の主権者教育における学習課題は、①現実の政治事象（政党や政治家）が対象とされ、またゲーム的課題が設定されても②主に模擬投票にとどまっている。対して本課題は、①既存のではなく、これから解決すべき政治的課題を学習者に模索・発見させる「未来創出型」授業であり、かつ②選ぶ立場から選ばれる立場に学習者の疑似的立ち位置を変換している。結果として、少なくとも従来の座学型授業と比較して、政治への興味と主体的参加意欲の高まり、および政党政治の意義への理解の深まり、が確認された。
