本研究は、平等原則を軸として環境法政策の再検討を行うことを目的としている。この目的のため、本年度はドイツの個別環境法上の論点や判例に焦点を当てて、法理論上の示唆を整理する予定であった。しかし、年度半ばに急病による手術・入院をしたことにより以後のスケジュール調整が思うようにいかず、結局ドイツの環境関連の公課に関する幾つかの文献に接したに留まった。
