2022年度においては、日本とドイツにおけるインクルーシブ教育と規律に関する文献調査を中心に行い、本科研の対象となる多様なニーズに応じた規律の指導は、ドイツでは学級会で行われており、日本の生活指導論との関わりがあることが明確となった。そこで、生活指導論の視座から日本の学級活動の検討を行い、どのように子どものニーズに応じた学級活動を組織するのか、その指導方法について研究を行った。とりわけキャリア教育に焦点を当てながら、子どもの共同的な学びや民主主義的な学びの促進のあり方について検討を行い、子どもの生活に切実な課題をいかに設定するかが実践課題として明らかとなった。2022年度は渡独を実施できておらず、現在は文献研究にとどまっている状況である。次年度はドイツにおける実践について研究していくため、継続して研究していく必要がある。
