项目摘要

本研究は自閉症スペクトラム障害者における状態像とユーモアを用いた情動調整との関連について明らかにすることを目的とした。令和4年度は児童発達支援センターを利用する就学前の幼児を対象に自閉症スペクトラム障害の診断の有無及び、自閉症スペクトラム特性が情動調整を含む心理社会的適応にどのような影響を与えるかについて検討を行った。その結果、1）自閉スペクトラム症の診断の有無によって、自閉スペクトラム症傾向が異ならないこと、２）自閉症スペクトラム症の診断のない方が診断がある方に比べて心理社会的な適応状態が良くないこと、３）自閉スペクトラム症傾向が強い子どもはそうではない子どもと比べて仲間関係の問題をかかえていること、４）自閉スペクトラム症傾向が弱い子どもはそうでない子どもと比べて行動の問題を抱えていることが明らかになった。これらの結果をまとめた論文がAsian Journal of Human Servicesに掲載予定された（Nagase & Fujita, 2023）。また令和4年度は、典型発達者における自閉症スペクトラム傾向と認知的情動調整方略の使用との関連について令和3年度に明らかにした結果について、Psychological Reports誌に投稿中である。そして、令和4年度は、自閉スペクトラム症者におけるユーモア体験とユーモアを用いた情動調整に関するデータを収集し、それに関する統計的解析を実施しているところである。
