申請者が運営に携わる東京ティーンコホート調査より約260名の11-12歳思春期児童を抽出したサブサンプルコホート調査の15-16歳を対象とした第3期調査を平成30年5月より令和2年秋まで行った。毛髪検体は第3期調査より採取を開始し東京大学にて保管している。第2期サブサンプル調査より新たに参加した思春期児童の毛髪検体も合わせ300を超える検体を取得した。毛髪コルチゾール測定に関して、確定した測定手法（LC-MS）、検体授受・データ報告の手順に準じて、外部専門業者に測定を委託した。並行して、データ解析設備を整備した。また、令和2年度より17-18歳対象の第4期サブサンプル調査を開始し、令和４年度末までに290近くの毛髪検体を採取している。令和4年度までに、第3期サブサンプル調査で取得した毛髪測定結果のデータ管理、データクリーニング等を実施している。同調査で取得したその他のデータとの関連解析の準備を行った。令和4年度に予定していた第4期東京ティーンコホート調査のデータとサブサンプルデータを用いた解析が遅れたため、令和5年度に、本研究の主目的である思春期毛髪コルチゾールと内的・外的適応の関連解析を行い、論文執筆及び、国内外で学会発表等を行う。また、令和2年度より開始した第4期サブサンプル調査が令和5年夏までに終了する見込みであり、本調査で採取している毛髪検体を用いて、個人内の毛髪コルチゾールの縦断的変化の評価が可能となり、本研究の解析モデルを更に拡張する事も期待できる状況にある。

However, it is expected that the fourth phase of the support network survey, which began in the second year of Linghe, will end in the summer of the fifth year of Linghe. This survey will take the lead in using the basic model, and it will be possible to evaluate the changes in the judgment of individual employees. It is expected that the analytical framework of this study will be more extensive.
