英文摘要

We intend to contribute to the basic knowledge of reactivity of adamantane derivatives and to broaden significantly the pool of easily available materials by directed C-H functionalization reactions. Generated compounds will serve as building blocks for the synthesis of new biologically active compounds (drug candidates with focus on DPP-4 inhibitors), and as building blocks for the synthesis of chiral ligands and organocatalysts.
