项目摘要

医師の情動とヒューマンエラー発生の関係を明らかにするため、2021年度は初期臨床研修医30名に協力を依頼し、ウェアラブルデバイス装着による生体データと、自記式質問票による勤務状況の記録およびヒューマンエラーの記録を収集した。2022年度は、参加者30名のうちヒューマンエラーの記録が得られた9名のデータの分析を行った。生体データによる感情分析には、NEC感情分析ソリューションを用い、心拍変動解析を基に5秒ごとの感情をHAPPY(喜び/興奮)、ANGRY(ストレス/イライラ)、RELAXED(穏やか/リラックス)、SAD(疲労/憂鬱)の4つに分類した。4つの感情の割合について、エラーのあった日となかった日で比較したが、いずれも有意差は認めなかった。自記式質問票によると、勤務後の疲労感は身体的疲労感・精神的疲労感ともに、エラーのあった日の方が有意に多かった。この研究成果は2022年9月16日～18日に開催された第60回日本医療・病院管理学会学術総会において「ウェアラブルデバイスを用いた初期臨床研修医のヒューマンエラーに影響する情動因子の分析」としてweb発表を行った。さらに、同一人物において異なる時期で、勤務中の情動に違いがあるのか明らかにするため、データ収集を追加した。2021年度の研究協力者に対し、再度協力者を募り、6名の初期臨床研修医の生体データおよびヒューマンエラーの記録を収集した。最終年度は、取得したデータの分析を行い、勤務中の初期臨床研修医の情動とヒューマンエラー発生の関係を明らかにし、生体モニタリングが医療安全対策に有効であるか検討する予定である。
