项目摘要

本研究の目的は、周産期遺伝看護教育プログラムを受けた助産師が提供した看護実践の効果を評価することである。また本研究の目標を、教育プログラムによる助産師の看護実践を評価すること、妊婦の評価を受け看護実践の質を他者評価することとし、目標に応じた2つの研究を行う。研究１では、教育プログラムを受講した助産師の胎児診断と看護に関する知識と実践を評価し、助産師の看護実践が一定以上の能力を獲得したかを明らかにする。また研究２では、従来の助産師のケアと、教育プログラムを受けた助産師のケアを提供した妊婦の状態を比較することによって看護実践の効果を評価する。2022年度は、2021年11月より開始した研究２の従来の助産師のケアによる妊婦の調査を継続した。産科外来で妊婦健康診査を受ける妊婦を対象とし、妊婦がもつ胎児の健康状態に対する認識と心理社会的適応状態について、オンラインを用いた無記名自記式の質問紙調査を行った。本調査の結果は、教育プログラム受講前後の比較対象とするだけでなく、妊婦の周産期におけるケアニーズを分析し、助産師教育プログラムに取り入れる計画である。研究2の従来の助産師ケアによる妊婦の調査は、2023年4月30日まで実施し、2561名に調査を依頼し622名より回答が得られた（回収率24.3％）。2023年度は、このデータ分析をもとに助産師の教育プログラムを計画し、研究1の助産師の学習後の能力の評価、また研究2の教育プログラム実施後の妊婦の調査を進める予定である。

The purpose of this study was to provide an assessment of the effectiveness of prenatal care education by midwives. The purpose of this study is to educate midwives about their nursing practices, to evaluate pregnant women's nursing practices, and to evaluate the quality of nursing practices for others.
