项目摘要

本年度は、以下2点の研究を行った。第一に、スタジアム建設候補地の立地評価基準に関する研究である。昨年度までの調査によって精選された立地評価基準の階層構造を構築することを目的として、多様なステークホルダー（Jリーグ所属クラブ、Jリーグクラブのホームタウン自治体など）に対してアンケート調査を実施した。データを分析した結果、スタジアム建設候補地選定の階層構造は、「機会費用」「社会的費用」「周辺の開発ポテンシャル」「公共交通機関によるアクセス」「自家用車によるアクセス」という5つの主基準と、21の副基準で構成されることが明らかとなった。この階層モデルをベースに、16名の有識者によるスタジアムの立地選定基準の相対的重要度を算出した。また、ある自治体のスタジアム建設構想をテストケースとして、本研究の結果の有効性を検証した。以上の内容は、日本スポーツマネジメント学会第15回大会にて口頭発表し、国際誌への投稿に向けて執筆中である。第二に、スタジアム・アリーナの外部性評価研究である。プロスポーツ興行が地域のインフルエンザ感染症伝播状況に与える影響を分析し、流行期における試合開催が地域の感染症伝播状況を悪化させるという知見を得た。以上の研究成果は、Journal of Sport Economicsに掲載された。また、スタジアム・アリーナの整備が住環境に与える影響についての研究プロジェクトを始動し、共著者との討議を重ねながら、データセットの整備を進めた。

This year, the following two points of research. The first is the study of site evaluation criteria for construction candidate sites.
