研究計画書および患者説明文書等含め、当学内の倫理委員会において承認を得ている。データ収集の効率化や今後のさらなる発展性を期待し、アンケートやスケジュール設定、オンライン診察までの流れをWEB上でシステム化する方針とした。民間企業の協力のもと、LINEアプリと連動した同システムが完成した。当初施行予定であった協力機関での実施が困難となったため、現在再度施設選定を要している。また、予備的研究において下記論文を発表した。Hashijiri K, Watanabe Y, Fukui N, Motegi T, Ogawa M, Egawa J, Enomoto T, Someya T: Identification of bonding difficulties in the peripartum period using the Mother-to-Infant Bonding Scale-Japanese version and its tentative cutoff points.Neuropsychiatric Disease and Treatment. 17:3407-3413, 2021.新潟県内34施設1301名の妊産婦に対し、大規模アンケート調査を施行。愛着障害を有する妊産婦を抽出するために、MIBS（児への愛着の評価尺度）のカットオフ値を検証した。クラスター分析によりボンディング障害群を同定した後にROC分析をおこない（右図）、妊娠第1期 (T1)：3/4、妊娠第3期 (T2)：3/4、産後1か月(T3)：2/3と、各時期におけるカットオフ値が算出された。
