项目摘要

2022年度は、主に以下の3つの研究を実施した。個人レベルでの関係価値の更新モデルとして、Hackel et al. (2015 Nature Neuroscience)のモデルを参考に関係価値の更新を表現する強化学習モデル及びそのモデルを検討する実験パラダイムを作成した。具体的には、Hackel et al.の独裁者ゲームを用いた社会的2腕バンディット課題を参考に、自分自身を信頼してくれる相手（関係価値の高い相手）を選択する信頼ゲーム版社会的2腕バンディット課題を考案した。そして、その課題において仮説通りの関係価値更新が行われると仮定した場合のパラメータ・リカバリ・シミュレーションを行い、おおむね想定通りに信頼に基づく関係価値と報酬に基づく関係価値を重みづけるパラメータを推定可能であることを示した。集団レベルの関係価値の検討として、現実の政治的謝罪が国家間の関係価値と関連しているという洞察を政治的謝罪データベースから得たため、同データベース内の2つの政治的謝罪（好意的／非好意的反応を引き出した謝罪）をシナリオとして、それらの謝罪がそれぞれの国家間の現在の関係価値という文脈のない状況でも好意的／非好意的反応を引き出すかを検討した。その結果、現実の文脈なしではそのような反応を引き出すことがないことがわかった。この結果は、社会・政治心理学の国際誌に投稿し審査中である。集団レベルの関係価値の規定因として特定のパートナーや価値観へのコミットメントが考えられる。そこで、企業の謝罪が特定の顧客や価値観にコミットしている程度を伝えるコミットメントシグナルとして機能するかどうかをシナリオ実験により検討した。結果はシナリオ間で一貫してコミットメントシグナルの効果を示していたが、その効果量は謝罪の実装方法により変動することが示された。
