2022年度はCOVID-19の感染拡大のために移動や人との接触が断続的に抑制された．高齢の話し手を対象とする本研究課題では，インタビューの実施は控えざるを得なかった．このため，(a) オンラインでのインタビュー方法の提案と実践，(b) 話し手の置かれた時点での社会の状況を評価する成熟度モデルの国際比較と評価ツールのユーザー要件の検討， (c) 音声，トランスクリプトなどの記録の蓄積をめぐる状況の把握を中心として研究を進めた．これらは本課題で定めた3つの研究課題（(1)我が国の初期の女性土木技術者に対するインタビューから長期にわたるキャリアを通じて直面する課題と，その課題を解決した法律，制度，支援を把握する方法の有効性を把握すること，(2) 分析の結果をインタビューの記録とともに女子学生，女性技術者とその支援組織に提供すること，(3) インタビュー記録の恒久的な保管の方向性を見出すこと）の(1)，(2)，(3)に該当する．(a)については，土木学会D&I委員会と共同で，ウェブ会議システムを用いたインタビューの方法の確立に取り組み，「D&Iカフェトーク」での実践を継続し20件のインタビューを実施するとともに，録音・録画機材の変更と，運営や機材のマニュアルを改善するとともに，トランスクリプトの整備を進めた．また，海外出身の技術者を対象としたオンラインインタビューをもとにキャリア継続の課題を提案する方法により分析した．(b) については，2021年度に要件を定義した3つのツールについて，詳細化を進めた． (c) については，土木分野におけるオーラルヒストリの実施，記録の保管，分析の課題について，日本オーラル・ヒストリー学会オーラルヒストリー・アーカイブ・プロジェクト研究会において報告するとともに，大阪大学の拠点形成プロジェクトに参加し，アーカイブの運営のための要件を検討した．
