本研究の目的は、化学療法を継続する進行肺がん患者の療養生活を支援する看護教育プログラムを作成し有効性を検証することである。令和4年度は、引き続き化学療法を継続する進行肺がん患者の療養生活を支援するための肺がん化学療法看護のコンピテンシーを検討中である。先行研究では、化学療法を継続する進行肺がん患者の療養生活を支援するプログラムに含むべき内容として、肺がん患者のセルフマネジメントを促進する支援を目標に、①最新の肺がん化学療法の知識、②AYA世代の肺がん患者が利用できるサポート内容に関する知識、③がん医療を取り巻く社会保障制度、④治療段階別に出現する進行肺がん患者の療養生活上の困難に対する必要な看護支援を含むことが最低限必要であることが示唆されている。先行研究の論文化および最新の肺がん化学療法の実態やセルフマネジメントを促進するための看護支援に関して学会および文献等を通して情報収集を進め、先行研究で示唆されたコンピテンシーの見直しに時間を要している。また、看護教育プログラムの確定においては、新型コロナウイルス感染対策を鑑みた教育方法等継続的な検討が必要である。

The purpose of this study is to develop effective evidence for the treatment of lung cancer and nursing education. In 2004, we conducted a series of research on lung chemotherapy care. The aim of the study is to provide support for the recuperation and life of lung patients, including the content of chemotherapy, the promotion of lung patients 'health care, social protection system, the latest knowledge of lung chemotherapy, the knowledge of the content of lung patients' utilization of AYA generation, 4. The treatment stage appears, and the necessary nursing support is included in the minimum necessary for the patient's recovery and life difficulties. Advance research, discussion of culture and the latest developments in lung chemotherapy, promotion of nursing support, communication of literature, etc., collection of information, advance research, demonstration of knowledge, and time for discovery. In addition, it is necessary to determine the nursing education program, evaluate new nursing infection strategies, and conduct comprehensive discussions on educational methods.
