项目摘要

本研究は、高齢者の虚弱（frailty：フレイル）予防を支援するフレイル予防サポーター（以後、サポーター）に着目し、フレイル予防の観点から①サポーターが主体的に行う地域保健組織化活動の促進阻害要因の描出、②①に基づくガイドラインの作成とガイドライン導入による地域保健組織化活動の促進効果を検証することを目的とする。研究代表者らは、フレイル予防プログラム（通名：フレイルチェック）を地域で実装している。本研究は、理論的基盤にCommunity-as-RelationalExperience modelを採用しSecond-order change（二次性波及効果）としてサポーターが自ら行う地域保健組織化活動のガイドラインの策定と導入後の効果検証を行うことでフレイル予防が地域で多面的かつ効果的に展開されるために必要なエビデンスの創出を目指す。2020年度は、目的の①に基づくガイドライン作成のため、以下の内容を調査しガイドラインを作成した。ガイドラインの内容は、以下の１）～４）である。１）内閣府社会参加章で表彰歴のある地域活動団体にインタビューを実施し、活動内容と活動のポイントをまとめた。２）地域活動に参加する際に必要な情報をまとめた。３）サポーターに実施した質問紙調査の内容から自治体とのパートナーシップの下で活動を展開する方法について、自治体職員の意見も踏まえながらポイントをまとめた。４）サポーターの活動の基盤としてフレイルチェックをオンラインで行う際のポイントをまとめた。ガイドラインの作成により、ガイドライン導入による地域保健組織化活動の促進効果を検証するための基盤が整った。
