项目摘要

本研究は、人型コミュニケーションロボットを用いた継続的モニタリングで、在宅療養支援にかかわる人材育成と、在宅療養高齢者の健康維持・増進支援を目的とする。看護小規模多機能型居宅介護を利用している一人暮らし高齢者（または、高齢者世帯の利用者）が人型コミュニケーションロボットの「メッセージ機能」を活用し、在宅療養支援看護師による身体機能の継続的な評価、人型ロボットの相互コミュニケーション機能を活用した健康管理等に関する情報提供とチェックなどを行うことによって、継続的な健康管理・維持をめざすことを目的とした。本研究において、①研究協力施設の確保、②コミュニケーションロボットを活用した健康状態の確認、③身体機能維持のためのプログラムの作成およびロボットへの入力、④ 健康管理項目の確認、入力、⑤身体機能評価、精神機能評価: コミュニケーションロボット貸し出し時をベースラインとし、3ヶ月後、6ヶ月後、1年後の身体機能、精神機能について評価する、ことを目指した。しかし、新型コロナウイルス感染の影響を受け、在宅看護センター等への研究協力依頼が困難となり、当初の本研究目的の研究対象者を健常者に変更し、研究を推進することとしたが、健常者のリクルートも困難となり、研究分担者とも協議した結果、研究期間を延長し、研究継続することとした。今年度は、コミュニケーションロボットの機能について研究者間での操作を試みた結果、社会環境音、生活音、音声などへの反応をコントロールすることが難しく、環境音に対するロボットの反応について確認することが必要となった。
