本研究は、障害のある学生を対象とした防災対策の充実を目的に、防災対策の全学的なネットワーク構築に焦点をあて検討をおこなうものである。具体的には、（１）障害のある学生を対象とした防災対策に関する全国的な実態調査を行い、（２）障害のある学生への防災対策事例の収集を行う。次に、調査結果に基づき、（３）障害のある学生を対象とした全学的な防災対策を構築するための手引きを作成し、手引きに基づいた実践を行い、効果検証を行う。令和４年度は、令和３年に実施した調査結果を踏まえ、先進的な取り組みをしている大学の視察やヒアリングに出向き、障害のある学生を対象とした防災対策の手引きを作成のための情報収集を行う予定であった。しかしながら、育児休業復帰直後であったことと、新型コロナウィルス感染症の影響が残る中、外部調査がままならず、研究がほとんど進まない状況となった。結果的には、令和３年に実施した調査結果をもとに、手引きの構想を練ることと、過去に障害のある学生を対象に実施した防災教育・防災訓練の成果をまとめるに留まった。
