项目摘要

中国、インド、タイ3か国の特許データ、企業データ等のデータベースの整備が終わり、3か国の比較データ分析及び国別・業種別分析を行った。特許データによる知的財産制度と技術的キャッチアップについては、医薬品、エレクトロニクス、自動車産業を中心に分析を行い、TRIPSへの準拠を中心とした知的財産制度の改革と特許データを中心とした国内企業のイノベーションパフォーマンスの関係を明らかにした。具体的には、インドにおける知財制度（特許法３d条項）が内外の製薬企業の研究活動に影響を与えていることが明らかになったが、エレクトロニクス、自動車産業については、知財制度だけでなく、外資規制や国内の産業政策等のより一般的な経済制度の影響が大きいことが分かった。国別・産業別分析については、中国においてはインターネットプラットフォーマーの米国企業への技術的キャッチアップ、Huaweiを中心としたエレクトロニクス産業の分析等の研究を、インドについては製薬産業とソフトウェア産業に関する分析を、タイについては、自動車産業における技術的キャッチアップと電気自動車のエコシステムに関する研究を行い、それぞれについての研究成果を取りまとめた。
