本研究はサービス学視点を活用し，ヒト・モノ・情報・関係性の資源で構成される「暮らしの価値空間」概念を新規に提案し，シニアの暮らしの価値を高めるような資源の統合・使用を支援するサービスデザインの方法論構築を目的としている．2022年度は主に社会政策的視点形成の知見を得るべく次の３タスクを実行した．（１）量的調査を通じた（コロナ禍での）暮らしの価値形成においてボランティア活動への参加がもたらす効果の分析，（２）シニアを対象にした技術導入の課題に関する系統的文献調査，そして（３）将来にわたり暮らしの価値を高める技術開発を考えるための未来共創技法の開発，である．年度後期にはシンポジウムを行った．これらの研究活動を通じて次のことが分かった．量的調査からは，地域ボランティア活動が，コロナ環境で変化した資源の回復・創造において可能性を持っており，特に，社会的距離を縮め，過去（に可能だったこと）を取り戻すことを目的とした活動は，その参加を先延ばしにしようとする傾向が低いことが分かった．文献調査からは，高齢者のサービス開発においては，社会的エンゲージメント向上を中心に設計することが，生活の質を高めることが言われているものの，それを促進する技術活用視点は十分に議論されていないことを見出した．加えて，未来共創技法については，技術経営分野で開発と適用の蓄積があるロードマッピング技法を応用して，技術の使われ方に対する既存の価値観にとらわれない思考を促すべく，SF思考等の知見を基に概念枠組みを形成した．この技法の開発は23年度も引き続き行う．2022年12月に２名の研究協力者と共にシンポジウムを開き，合計４件の成果報告をシニア中心の地域活動の主催者が集まる中，行った．結果，自分自身が向上心やキャリアアップができるようなことを通じて，地域活動への継続性を高めていくことが重要であることを共有した．

The research activities of the two sides are divided into two parts. The survey of quantity shows that the activity of the region is different, the environment is different, the recovery of resources is different, the possibility of creation is different, the distance of society is different, the past is different, the purpose is different, the activity is different, the tendency of participation is different. The literature survey shows that the high quality of life is the key to the development of the society. In addition, the future co-creation techniques are developed and applied, and the techniques are applied, and the technology is applied to the existing values. In addition, the thinking is promoted, and the knowledge base concept is formed. In December 2022, 2 research collaborators and a total of 4 research results were reported. As a result, the self-division of the heart is upward, and the regional activity is high.
