项目摘要

2021年度は当初想定していた、杜氏データの名寄せを、研究分担者自身で行い、基礎的な分析を済ませた。研究者自身が名寄せをしたことから、当初想定した予算を翌年の海外学会報告の費用に充当することとした。以上を踏まえ、2021年度の実績の概要は以下の通りとなる。論文については大学紀要論文2点であった。うち1点は査読付きである。両者ともに、テキストの時系列変化を明らかにするための手法を身に付けることを目的としている。これは2022年度以降、日本酒・清酒に関するテキスト分析が視野に入っているものの、データ収集が間に合わないという現実があったためである。紀要論文の執筆を通して、分析手法について習熟できた。また、外部の協力をもとに、政策レベルでの日本酒産業に関するテキストデータを収集できている。このデータの分析が2022年度以降の課題である。学会発表は、国内学会発表1点、海外学会発表1点であった。国内学会発表については、分担者の1名が招待されて、研究の途中結果を報告した。演題は"Apprentiship and Product Quality"であった。海外学会では本研究の中核となるデータの予備的分析をもとに、"Team familiarity and product quality: longitudinal analysis of Japanese sake brewing"という演題で、"Annual Conference of the American Association of Wine Economists"にて報告し、有益なコメントをもらうことができた。
