本研究は乳がん手術前・手術後1週・1か月・3か月・6か月以降半年ごと3年までの生活機能のモニタリング、医療保健に関する相談および教育活動の介入が乳がん体験者の生活の質(QOL)の維持向上、新たな病気の発症予防、更年期症状の緩和、セルフケアマネジメント力の獲得に有効かどうかを無作為化比較試験で検証することを目的とする。本研究は東北大学大学医学系研究科倫理委員会の承認(受付番号:2018-1-787)を経て、2019年2月末に術後3年までのプロクラムの介入を受ける介入群(70名)と、通常診療に加えプログラムに含まれる上肢機能障害を予防改善するリハビリの実践を受ける対照群(70名)を割り付けた無作為化比較試験を開始した。本年度は引き続き介入群には「乳がん体験者の生活の再構築を促進する包括的な長期りハビリケアプログラム」に沿って、術後3年までの長期フォローアップとして計画した生活機能のモニタリング、医療保健に関する相談および教育活動を実施した。2020年から続くコロナ禍にあって、リラクセーションやメディカルヨガを体験できるイベントの開催、自分らしく生きるためなどについて語り合うサロンは開催できなかったため、電話や予定外の相談に常に応じる体制を作った。2022年度の調査は術後3か月までの初期フォローアップ、術後1年までの短期フォローアップに続いて、術後3年の長期フォロアップを実施し、2023年2月6日に計画通り終了した。術後3年まで介入および調査に協力した対象者数は、介入群57名、対照群58名であった。最終脱落2群の合計数25名の主な脱落理由は、2群とも転院後に連絡が途絶えたり、体調不良、死亡であった。本助成の最終年度にあたる次年度は、術後3年まで調査を実施した対象を解析対象とし、プログラムの長期フォローアップ効果を検証し、公表する予定である。

This study focused on maintenance of quality of life (QOL), prevention of new disease onset, alleviation of menopausal symptoms, and health care interventions before and after breast surgery 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after breast surgery. The purpose of the test is to compare the results of the test with the results of the test. This study was initiated by the recognition of the Tohoku University Faculty of Medicine Research Colloquium Committee (Grant No.:2018-1-787), the intervention group (70 participants) who received the intervention three years after surgery at the end of February 2019, and the comparison group (70 participants) who received the intervention in general diagnosis and treatment, including the prevention and improvement of upper limb dysfunction. This year, we will implement the "Promotion of Life Reconstruction for Breast Cancer Patients, including Long-term Health Care Program," long-term health care program, and educational activities for life function 3 years after surgery. In 2020, the system will be implemented in the following ways: to open the system, to open the system. In 2022, the initial phase of the study was completed 3 months after surgery, the short-term phase was completed 1 year after surgery, the long-term phase was completed 3 years after surgery, and the plan was completed on February 6, 2023. Three years after surgery, there were 57 patients in the intervention group and 58 in the control group. The total number of final dropouts in 2 groups is 25. The main reasons for dropouts are: contact with the hospital after 2 groups, poor body tone, death. In the final year of the study, the next year, and three years after the study, the objective was to analyze, evaluate, and evaluate the long-term results of the study.
