项目摘要

本研究は，1970年代末以降今日にいたる約40年間の，インドネシア外島部における農園産業の拡大という現象を，現代インドネシアの社会経済変動の全体像の中に位置づけ，その社会経済史的意義を実証的・理論的に明らかにすることを目的とする．具体的には，国土レベル，地方レベル，生産主体群レベルという相互に連動する３つのレベルから，農園産業の拡大を牽引してきたアブラヤシ農園産業を中心に，資本，土地，労働力の動員と再生産，再投入のあり方，およびその変化の解明を試みようとするものである．本年度はコロナ禍という予想外の事態の影響により，インドネシア側研究総括・研究協力者のNgadiと検討を重ねた結果，前年度に引き続き研究者のインドネシア・日本相互訪問を行わない形で研究を進めることにした．国土レベルの研究では，永田を中心に産業立地政策，新井を中心に労働者の所得政策，寺内を中心に社会組織育成政策の中から，本研究の課題に密接に関わる施策の検討を行った．さらに衛星探査を利用した国土全体の人口分布データを2010年代にまでに延長して3年および5年間隔で入手し，2000年以降の20年間にわたる社会経済統計と組み合わせた社会経済変容と国土利用変化の解析の土台を整えた．地方レベルの研究では，重点的な研究対象地域の1つであるリアウ州に関して，本研究チームが構築してきた同州を代表する地域紙のアブラヤシ関連記事データベースを2022年まで延長し，特にコロナ禍でのアブラヤシ農園産業をめぐる諸課題，政策動向の整理を行った．生産主体群レベルの研究では，東カリマンタン州での現地調査は実施できなかったが，引き続き本研究チームが構築してきた農園／村落調査データベースを，デジタル化した新たな資料や衛星探査を利用した人口分布データと，GIS (地理情報システム)上で紐づけ再構成する試みを継続した．

This study aims to demonstrate the theoretical significance of the development of agricultural industry in the last 40 years since the late 1970s, and to explore the role of modern agricultural industry in the overall picture of social changes. Specific aspects of the land, the local environment, the production of the main group of interaction, the agricultural industry, the development of the agricultural industry, the capital, land, labor mobilization, reproduction, reinvestment, and other aspects of the transformation of the solution. This year, the impact of unexpected events on the development of research activities, including research collaborators, was reviewed. In the previous year, the research activities of researchers were reviewed. Japan's mutual visits were conducted. The research on land and resources, Nagata Center, Industrial Site Policy, Arai Center, Income Policy, Terauchi Center, Social Organization Development Policy, and the close relationship between this research topic and related policies are discussed. Satellite survey of the population distribution of the whole country began in the 2010s with a 3-year interval and a 5-year interval since 2000. Local research focuses on the study of regional and state relations, and this study aims to construct a regional and state representative paper with relevant records to be extended to 2022, especially in the field of agricultural industry. The main body of production group research, East China, the state field survey and implementation, introduction, this research, construction, agricultural/village survey and development, new data, satellite exploration, population distribution, GIS (geographic information system) on the reconstruction of the test.
