Transformative Learning Approach to Reform Pedagogies in Sustainability Education (An Action Research in Higher Education Setting)

My research is complete, and it focused on using transformative learning approach in digital settings to reform pedagogies in higher sustainability education. Despite the pandemic, I was successful in conducting a comprehensive literature review on pedagogies in higher sustainability education, and Design Thinking (DT) as a pedagogy in higher sustainability education. Furthermore, action research was designed and conducted at: (a) Graduate Program in Sustainability Science,Global Leadership Initiative (GPSS-GLI), The University of Tokyo, Japan; (b) Complimentary Studies, Leuphana University, Germany. In my perspective, the research objectives set in the proposal have been achieved.
