2022年度は4年計画の3年目であり、予定した年次計画に従い、論文執筆及び改訂作業を集中的に行った。本研究は、外部性の存在する経済（地球温暖化問題や租税競争など）において複数の経済主体間の提携がどのように形成・維持されるのか、また、その協調政策が提携国および非提携国双方の厚生に及ぼす影響を明らかにすべく、国家間の異質性を明示的に考慮した理論モデルの開発とそこから導出される政策的インプリケーションを明示することを目的としている。2021年度より改訂中であった非対称な3国家間の資本課税提携ゲームを繰り返しゲームのアプローチで分析した研究論文「Endogenous Leadership and Sustainability of Enhanced Cooperation in a Repeated Interactions Model of Tax Competition: Endogenous Leadership in Tax Competition」は３回目のRevision & Resubmitの機会を経て、最終的に専門学術誌よりアクセプトを得られた。本研究では、非対称な2国間による租税協調に税率決定タイミングを導入することで、提携国と非提携国による同時手番ゲームだけではなく、逐次手番ゲームによる均衡が維持可能となり得ることを示し、部分ゲーム完全均衡において、租税協調提携国が税率決定追随者となる条件を持続可能性（sustainability）に基づいて導出している。また、その均衡が生じるときの提携安定性について、結託体制ナッシュ均衡（coalition-proof Nash equilibrium）の概念を用いて、提携が国家間の非対称性の度合いに依存することを明示した。

For the year 2022, the three-year project of the four-year plan is scheduled to be completed, and the thesis writing and revision work are concentrated. This study shows the existence of externalities.(Global warming issues and tax competition) In this context, the relationship between multiple economic entities is formed, maintained, and coordinated. Policies for promoting and non-promoting countries are clearly defined. Heterogeneity between countries is clearly defined. Theoretical considerations are taken into account. Policies for developing and exporting are clearly defined. The concept of coalition-proof Nash equilibrium is used to explain the degree of coalition-proof Nash equilibrium between countries.
