项目摘要

医師のモチベーションの変化とライフイベントとの関連性を測るために、令和2年度にweb用の調査票を作成し、令和3年度には久留米大学病院、広島大学病院、岡山大学病院、佐賀大学病院、九州大学病院の5医局の在籍者及び同医局の関連病院勤務者、及び久留米大学医学部同窓会関連するの女性医師に協力を呼びかけ、320名のID登録が得られた。その中から約200名のデータ入力を得た。令和4年度にはデータマネジメントを行い、解析のためのデータセットを作成した。現在までのところ、医師のモチベーションを上昇させるライフイベントは全体で、”自身の留学””国家試験合格””研究活動の成果が出ること”（サンプル数30個以上）、男性は、”自身の留学””国家試験合格””専門医取得または勉強中”、一方女性は”国家試験合格””自身の留学””研究活動の結果が出る”（男女ともにサンプル数10以上）であった。一方、モチベーションの中のwell-beingの尺度を上昇させたライフイベントは全体で、”子供の誕生””結婚””国家試験合格”（サンプル数30以上）、男性は”子供の誕生””結婚””自身の留学”、一方女性は、”子供の誕生””国家試験合格””結婚”（男女ともにサンプル数10以上）であった。本研究期間に、Moriya F et al.「Correlation between work motivation and life events in female physicians」を　Kurume medical journalに投稿し、Vol.68-2への掲載が決定した。
