项目摘要

2022年度は、前年度に引き続きT市部活動のあり方検討委員会の構成員として、教育委員会、学校と連携を図り、中学校部活動の状況把握と地域移行のあり方、学校による部活動運営の適正化等に関する研究を進めてきた。T市の部活動改革を推進するための基礎資料を得るために、2020年度と2021年度に実施した生徒・保護者・教員対象の質問紙調査は、本事業が研究協力を行った取組である。本事業は、これらの調査結果を踏まえ、部活動のあり方検討委員会設置の必要性を提言するなど、T市部活動改革を推進するための組織体制構築に貢献している。そして、これまでの研究成果を整理検討し、研究者代表・研究分担者・研究協力者による研究発表を行った。日本生涯教育学会において2022年11月に日本語による口頭発表2件、43th Keimyung University-Momoyama Gakuin University International Academic Seminarにおいて英語による口頭発表1件である。また、2023年3月にメルボルンにおいて地域スポーツクラブ経営を支援するNPO団体Sports Community代表者へのインタビュー調査及びテニスクラブの活動視察と代表者へのインタビュー調査、研究者との研究交流を行った。これらの取組の成果として、オーストラリアの地域スポーツクラブにおける現状と課題が把握され、我が国の部活動のあり方を検討する上で貴重な基礎資料を収集することができた。次年度の取組は、引き続きT市部活動検討委員会に参画し、中学校部活動のあり方についての調査研究を継続することである。また、T市との連携による研究成果をもとに、持続可能な部活動のあり方を提言する研究論文にまとめる。そして、これまでの日豪比較研究の成果をオーストラリア日本研究学会研究大会（2023年9月）で発表する予定である。
