本研究では、学生相談を研究フィールドとして、学生相談実践に適したアウトカム評価を用い、クライエントフィードバックによる介入プロセスを評価する手法の実用化を目指している。学生相談の臨床実践データに依拠したプロセス評価の手法を確立することで、エビデンスに基づいた臨床心理学的介入の評価とその改善につなげることを最終的な目的としている。研究1で作成した学生相談アウトカム尺度（高野ら,2021）の信頼性と妥当性が確認されたため、に本尺度の精度をさらに高めるため、2021年度にWEB調査会社を用いて質問紙調査を実施した。得られたデータから学生相談アウトカム尺度における成長・充実尺度、心身不調尺度のスコアと、MHC-SFおよびK6のスコアとの関連を調べ、併存的妥当性、信頼性を評価することとした。本年度は、調査結果をもとに分析を進めており、評価結果をもとに、学生相談アウトカム尺度の項目の修正を行い完成版を作成する。また、本研究では、完成版の尺度を学生相談の実践に適用し、利用学生に相談時に回答を求めることで、学生相談、カウンセリングがどのような形で寄与に関する、定期的かつ具体的ななアウトカムモニタリングを測定することを目指している。本年度は、学生相談の現場における現状と課題に関し、文献研究を中心に概観した。学生相談では、相談過密状況が生じていること、その解決の一助となるであろう諸外国で導入されているステップドケアというメンタルヘルスサービスの在り方を示した。学生相談アウトカム尺度の導入により、相談の効果を可視化し定期的アウトカムモニタリングが可能となりことが、現場の相談過密の問題を解消する一助になりうることが示唆された。

This study aims to study the application of student-to-student interaction evaluation in student-to-student interaction practice, and to provide practical guidance on the application of intervention evaluation methods. Study 1: The reliability and appropriateness of the student interview scale (Takano, 2021) were confirmed, and the accuracy of the scale was improved. In 2021, the WEB survey was conducted. The relationship between MHC-SF and K6 has been evaluated for its appropriateness and reliability. This year, the survey results are analyzed, the evaluation results are reviewed, and the revision of the project is completed. This study was conducted on the basis of the standard of the completed version, the application of the student interview in practice, the use of the student interview to answer questions, the student interview to ask questions, the regular examination of specific questions, and the evaluation of questions. This year, the current situation of student talks and the topic of literature research center are summarized.
