项目摘要

最終年度では、「場面緘黙の高リスク児スクリーニングのための後方視的行動抑制アセスメント尺度(RASBI-J)の開発」に取り組み、場面緘黙に関連する行動抑制の観点からその成果を学会発表するとともに論文にまとめた。場面緘黙及び高リスクの幼児児童に対する相談支援について2つの学会発表を行い、対象児の実態に応じた相談支援の工夫と経過を報告した。成果発表には至っていないがオンラインによる相談支援により緘黙症状の顕著な改善を得た事例があった一方で、来談支援の経過で一定の改善が見られても学校園場面での改善につながらない事例もあり、場面緘黙の多様性に応じて多様な相談支援方法が必要となることが明らかになった。その他、米国の学会に参加し研究動向を論文にまとめるとともに、関連障害である吃音や早口言語症について学会発表と論文発表を行った。研究期間全体を通じて、（目的１）保育場面での場面緘黙の早期発見・早期支援システムの開発については、システム開発には至らなかったものの、保育場面で活用できる場面緘黙支援入門書を出版した。（目的２）幼稚園入園年齢からの前向き研究によって場面緘黙発症の関連要因を特定し、場面緘黙の予防方法を提案することについては、新型コロナ感染拡大の影響で幼稚園等で継続的な観察等ができなかったため十分な成果を挙げることはできなかったが、場面緘黙リスクのある幼児の早期発見ツールの開発に資するデータを収集・分析した成果を論文にまとめた。（目的３）早期発見した場面緘黙及び高リスクの幼児に対して来談支援や遠隔支援等の早期支援を行い、場面緘黙の早期改善の具体的方法を提案することについては、来談支援と遠隔支援を事例ごとに実施し、状態像の多様性に応じた支援の工夫を具体的に示すことができた。その他、関連障害の言語障害に関する新しい知見、並びに海外情報（書評、学会参加報告）をまとめた。
