本研究は、世界の各核被害（原爆被爆被害、セメイ、チョルノービリ、マーシャル諸島など）の実態研究及び各地域間での比較検討、そして各被害地における被災者への補償内容について比較検討することを目的とする。しかし、当該年度も2020年度に続き、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大の影響を受け、海外調査の実施が困難であった。そのため、これまで本研究で収集したデータの解析・考察及び遠隔で実施したセメイ医科大学での動物実験などを中心に研究を進めた。具体的には、①新聞社・被団協データを用いた被爆者の思い、原爆被害を基盤とする「ヒロシマ」の思想、新たに開始した学生平和意識調査研究、②セメイにおける核実験被害援護の考察、③マーシャル及びその他の放射線被害地における援護との比較検討、④セメイ医科大での動物実験による放射線による内部被ばくに関する研究、⑤放射線ヒバクシャに高頻度に発症する骨髄異形成症候群（MDS）の研究、⑥セメイとコロナ禍で顕在化した「社会的弱者」の精神的影響、⑦新聞社実施の被爆者アンケート回答のデータベース構築である。①に関しては、川野が被爆者の思い、川野・ファンデルドゥースが核兵器をめぐる学生平和意識の特徴を考察した。②に関しては、平林がカザフスタンの援護措置の特徴について学会で発表した。③については、竹峰を中心に、マーシャル諸島の核被害及び補償措置の内容を著書にまとめた。④に関しては星を中心に、⑤に関しては原田を中心に、⑥に関しては井上と橋岡がそれぞれ多くの論考を発表した。また、和泉は①に資する統計手法の開発を行った。一連の研究の中で、英文に関しては、放射線及び血液学に関する著名な国際雑誌に発表した。和文については、学会誌、紀要等に発表した。コロナ禍で制約のある中、研究代表者及び分担者は本研究における役割分担を十分に果たし、本研究の深化に寄与した。

This study aims to investigate the actual situation of nuclear damage in the world and to compare the compensation contents of victims in different regions. In 2020, the impact of new infections and difficulties in conducting overseas investigations will be significant. This research will collect data analysis and inspection, and conduct research at the Animal Science Center at the Medical University of Shenzhen, which is located far away. Specific aspects include: (1) news agency, victim association, research on the thinking of the victims, the basic idea of "explosion victims," the beginning of a survey on students 'peace consciousness,(2) investigation on nuclear victim protection,(3) comparative study on the protection of other radiation victims,(4) research on internal radiation exposure of medical animals,(5) Research on bone marrow differentiation syndrome (MDS) due to high frequency of radiation exposure;(6) Influence of radiation exposure on the spirit of "social weak";(7) Construction of response to explosion by news agencies. (1) The characteristics of students 'peaceful consciousness of nuclear weapons were investigated. (2) The characteristics of the protection measures for the protection of the forest are studied and developed. 3.
