项目摘要

農地権利保護の強化と非農業就業の増大、労賃上昇による農業機械化の普及を背景に、中国では農地流動化が急速に進展するとともに、新しい農業経営体も数多く出現している。本研究課題ではこの新しい農業経営体の参入による農業の構造的変化に注目し、「経営規模」（零細、中規模、大規模の経営体）、「経営方式」（農業協同組合への参加状況、大規模専業農家の有無、農業企業の有無など）という2つの分析軸を設定して、農業経営の効率性に関する比較研究を行うものである。この研究目的を達成するため、昨年度（2021年度）から本年度（2022年度）にかけて、委託調査の形で実施した農業経営体に関するアンケート調査の結果に基づく考察を進めてきた。本アンケート調査は、江蘇省を3つの地区（蘇北、蘇中、蘇南）に分類し、各地区を代表する地域を選出した上で、それらの地域から合計で約600世帯を無作為に抽出する方式で行われた。調査データに関する詳細なクリーニング作業と記述統計の集計作業に加え、集計値が実態と大きく乖離するケースについて、委託先に調査原票の確認作業と調査地への問い合わせを集中的に実施してきた。その結果、信頼性の高いデータベースの構築作業はほぼ完了した。それと同時に、研究書や学術論文、各種のマクロ統計や新聞記事データベースなどを利用して、中国における農業経営の実態について情報収集を行い、データ解析のための理論的枠組みと具体的な実証手法の検討も進めてきた。これらの作業を踏まえ、経営規模と経営方式という2つの分析軸を設定し、調査データベースを利用して経営状況に関する推計モデル（費用関数、利潤関数等）の実証作業を進めることで、経営規模と経営方式に応じた生産効率性の比較研究を実施してきた。

Against the background of the intensification of cultivated land protection, the increase of non-agricultural employment and the increase of agricultural mechanization, the rapid progress of cultivated land mobility in China has led to the emergence of many new agricultural institutions. This research topic focuses on the transformation of agricultural structure in relation to the participation of new agricultural organizations,"management scale"(small-scale, medium-scale and large-scale organizations),"management mode"(participation status of agricultural cooperative organizations, existence of large-scale agricultural farmers, existence of agricultural enterprises),"analysis axis setting", and comparative research on the efficiency of agricultural management. The objectives of this research have been achieved from the previous year (2021) to the current year (2022), and the results of the commissioned survey have been reviewed. The survey was carried out in three regions of Jiangsu Province (northern Jiangsu, central Jiangsu and southern Jiangsu). Investigation data related to detailed investigation and description of statistical aggregation operations in addition, aggregation value for status and large deviation, commissioning of preliminary investigation of original ticket confirmation operations and investigation of site inquiries, aggregation of centralized implementation. The results and reliability of the construction work are complete. At the same time, research books, academic papers, various kinds of statistical news notes, information collection, implementation, analysis and theory of agricultural management in China, and specific practical methods of research and development. The analysis axis of the operation, management scale and management mode is set, the investigation data is used, the calculation (cost, profit, etc.) is related to the management status, and the proof operation is carried out.
