项目摘要

人口の高齢化と過疎化が進行し、地域内の経済格差が拡大する中国農村部において、介護保険の普及と介護サービスの増進は喫緊の政策課題となっている。介護保険と介護サービスの拡充にあたって、介護事業者による自助努力と、事業者を指導・監督する行政の役割に加え、要介護者が希求するサービスと介護事業者が提供するサービスとの摺り合わせが必要不可欠である。このような問題意識のもと、本研究では中国沿海部の都市近郊において、医療・介護サービスを運営する複数の施設を選出し、その施設の利用者と未利用者の近隣世帯から調査対象者を無作為に抽出して、アンケート調査による離散選択実験を実施するものである。科研費研究の初年度となる本年度（2022年度）は、中国農村に関するマクロ統計の収集とデータ整理を行うとともに、中国における医療・介護に関する最新の研究資料の集計に努めてきた。その際、日本語や英語文献にのみならず、中国国内で出版される論文・研究書・統計資料の収集を広範に行い、中国農村の介護・医療の現状と直面する課題について検討を進めてきた。また本科研費研究では、中国沿海部の都市近郊でアンケート調査を来年度以降に実施する予定であることから、本年度は質問票の内容と構成、調査対象地域の具体的な選定方法、標本抽出の方法、調査票の内容などについて、オンライン会議システムやメールなどを利用して、中国側の研究協力者との間で詳細な意見交換と協議を進めてきた。
