项目摘要

本研究は，教員志望学生を対象とした授業力育成のためのプログラム開発を目的としている。当該のプログラムの特徴は，従来，授業分析の一手法として用いられてきた「相互行為分析（授業で児童生徒や教師により交わされる『言語を媒介とした行為(ディスコース)』を主な対象として分析し，そこで生じている学びの様相や過程を明らかにしようとするもの）」を，授業を設計する際のツールとして援用しようとする点にある。そのことにより，授業時に想定されるディスコース間の相互作用や展開を俯瞰的に構造化して捉えることを促し，「主体的・対話的で深い学び」の実現に向け効果的な授業を設計・実施する力の育成を図ろうとするものである。2022年度は，次のような取り組みを行った。①2021年度に引き続き，開発予定のプログラムにおけるディスコース・プランニング（マップ形式により授業におけるディスコースの展開を計画すること）の具体的な内容と方法について，小学校の複数教科（国語，算数，社会，道徳等）の教材を対象に検討し，暫定案として作成・蓄積した。②ディスコース・プランニングの内容と方法を，教科・単元等の特性に基づき複数系統でプログラム化することのメリット・デメリットについて検討した。③従来からなされている「細案」を書く授業設計，ディスコース・プランニングに基づく本プログラムを利用する授業設計，そして双方を組み合わせた授業設計の３種を比較して実践的効果を検証する方法について検討した。

This study aims to improve the students 'ability to teach. The interaction between the two sides of the classroom is planned to be developed into a structural one, and the realization of the "main body" and "corresponding language" is planned to be carried out. (1) In 2021, we will introduce specific content and methods for the development of scheduled courses (form, teaching, social, moral, etc.), and discuss the target of teaching materials for multiple textbooks (Mandarin, arithmetic, society, morality, etc.) in primary schools. 2. The content and method of the system are discussed in detail. The characteristics of the system are discussed in detail. 3. The teaching design of "detailed case" in the future is based on the teaching design of "basic case", and the teaching design of "combination case" is based on the comparison of three kinds of teaching design and the method of proving the results of teaching design.
