项目摘要

本研究では、歯科における多職種連携医療教育の現状をふまえ、多職種連携医療における歯科専門職の問題点を検討し、多職種連携医療を実践する基本的能力を明らかにして、患者中心の地域基盤型医療に貢献することのできる歯科医療人を養成するための多職種連携教育プログラムを構築することを目的とする。これまでに得られた研究結果から、歯科における多職種連携医療教育の現状をまとめ、多職種連携医療における歯科専門職の役割とその認識に関して、多施設でのインタビュー結果を加えて多面的に評価をする予定であった。しかしながら、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響で、多職種連携教育の実施も影響を受け、他施設の学生や医療職を対象とした研究の実施が困難となった。そこで、検討事項のうち多職種連携医療における協働の問題点について、自施設内で対象を拡大して分析することとし、医科歯科連携におけるキーワードの認識、歯科医師の連携協働の行動、歯学生のチーム医療に関する認識について、日本総合歯科学会をはじめとする学会で発表を行った。また、本研究からのフィードバックを参考に、本学での現行の多職種連携教育モデルをブラッシュアップし、実施した。さらに、その概要と振り返りを公開し、外部の医療者教育関係者から、フィードバックを受けられるよう機会を設定した。今後は、外部施設での多職種連携医療教育の現状と比較検証しながら、地域基盤型医療に貢献することのできる歯科医療人を養成するための多職種連携教育プログラムを構築する予定である。
