项目摘要

1.教育システム開発に関する研究平成16年度は、平成15年度に続いて全国の医学部・歯学部で行われている教育カリキュラム、シラバスを収集し、モデル・コア・カリキュラムの普及度、実際の教育の実情を調査した。また、学内教育者講習会についてもアンケート調査を行い、教育システムの現状を調査研究した。これらの解析に基づき、より効果的な教育システムの開発に向けて検討した。2.学習到達度評価システムの開発医学部・歯学部教育で重要な位置を占める臨床実習が効果的に行われるためには、学生が十分な知識・技能・態度を身につけておくことが必要である。これらの学習到達度を評価するために、知識の評価にはCBT (computer-based testing)が、技能・態度の評価にはOSCE (objective structured clinical examination)があり、平成14年度より共用試験トライアルが進行中である。CBTについては、平成17年度からの正式実施に備え、これまでのトライアルのシステムや成績結果を検討し、より適正な評価が行えるような検討を行った。OSCEについても同様に平成17年度からの正式実施には、適正なOSCEの確立を目指すために評価項目、評価法の検討、評価者間での評価の相違の有無などを検討し、より公正な標準化された評価法の確立を検討した。さらに、OSCE評価するための評価者をトレーニングすることを目的として、人体のシミュレータを備えたスキルス・ラボを設置し、実技トレーニングを開始した。スキルス・ラボでは、評価者のトレーニングだけでなく、学生の実技指導にも有益であり、そのための指導法についての検討も行った。
