労働者人口の高齢化に伴い、職域における健康診断やがん検診では有所見率は徐々に上昇している。しかし、有所見であっても適切な保健指導や診察・精密検査を受けない者も多く、疾病予防や健康状態の改善に十分つながっていない。本研究の主目的は、20歳以上の健診センター受診者を対象に前向きに主観的健康観・主観的幸福感と有所見判定後の医療機関受診・検査データ改善・行動変容等の健康行動に関する情報を収集し、その関連を明らかにすることである。本研究は研究代表者の所属機関異動と新型コロナ感染症による緊急事態宣言の影響で、協力医療機関を見つけるのに時間がかかったため、全体的に計画実施が遅れた。国立がん研究センター中央病院検診センターに研究協力を依頼し、関係者より了解を得られた。検診センタースタッフと、実際のデータ収集の実務について打合せを行った。研究参加率をあげるための調査協力依頼方法を始め、精密検査受診や再検査受診等のアウトカム把握方法については課題が多く、現在も検討を続けている。また、調査票の内容についても分担研究者・研究協力者と議論し、ベースライン調査票案と追加調査用の調査票作成も行った。検診センター内の検診データ管理システムについても確認し、データ収集後は速やかにデータ解析を実施できるよう準備を進めている。研究計画に大きな遅れがあるため、当初の前向き調査に加えて、後向き調査も実施することにした。具体的には、後向き調査のために過去の主観的健康観・幸福感と健康診断受診状況や精密検査受診に関する情報も収集する。検診システムや院内がん登録のデータ利用申請等も考慮しつつ、研究計画全体をブラッシュアップし、研究倫理審査申請の準備中である。
