项目摘要

2022年度はコロナ禍による移動や対面イベントの制約が緩和したが、国内の研究会は引き続きオンライン開催にて活動を続けた。研究協力者の２名（柴田修子、同志社大学、松丸進　在コロンビア）が遠隔から参加できるというメリットもあったためである。昨年度行ったArturo Escobar（A.エスコバル）教授のオンライン招聘企画の準備が実り、2022年6月4日開催の日本ラテンアメリカ学会にて、オンライントークセッションを開催することができたのは本研究プロジェクトにとって大きな成果となった。コロンビアの辺境地域の代表的地域である太平洋岸地域、そしてアフロ系住民コミュニティの社会運動に注目して脱開発論を唱えてきたエスコバル教授の議論は、私たちの共同研究での論点や個別事例研究から得られた示唆とも親和性が高かった。同時に、これまでの経済発展論やラテンアメリカ地域研究にも新たな地平を提示するものであった。同学会では、あわせて、パネル「辺境からコロンビアの今を見る」を主宰し、近藤宏「国内避難民をめぐる真偽の言説と可視化の効果」、千代勇一「コロンビアの辺境地域における麻薬問題の過去と現在」、柴田修子「コロンビアにおける地方都市の形成－トゥマコの発展を事例として」、幡谷則子「辺境の歴史から見直す飛び地経済の形成と収奪」がそれぞれ報告した。なお、パネル報告に先立ち、5月20日に打ち合わせを兼ねた研究会を実施している。7月以降は、最終成果報告書としての論集企画について準備をすすめ、各執筆者の中間報告を中心に、7月15日、12月2日、1月27日、2月27日の計4回のオンライン研究会を開催した。また、8月5日から8月27日まで、幡谷がコロンビアに出張し、キブドーを中心にアトラト川流域コミュニティについてフィールド調査を実施した。コロナ禍で中断した海外渡航が3年ぶりに実施できたことは非常に有意義であった。
