项目摘要

児童青年の精神障害を評価するための半構造化面接Kiddie Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia Present and Lifetime Version (K-SADS-PL) for DSM-5日本語版の尺度特性に関する論文を発表した。結果は、International Journal of Methods in Psychiatric Research誌に掲載された。これにより、当初のK-SADS-PL DSM-5の日本語版を作成し、この特性を検証するという目的を達成した。当初の二つ目の目的であったK-SADS-PL DSM-5を用いた児童青年期強迫症患児の平均18ヶ月の予後検討については、研究期間から困難であると判断した。しかし、K-SADS-PL DSM-5日本語版の特性検証により得られた貴重なデータがあり、それらを用いた尺度研究・後ろ向き観察研究を行うこととし、その研究計画立案を行った。なかでも、K-SADS-PL DSM-5で得られた強迫症の評価ならびに子どもの行動チェックリスト6-18歳用（Child Behavior Check List 6-18；CBCL）を主軸とすることとした。この検証を行うことで、児童青年期の強迫症理解がさらに進むものと考えられる。この結果については、2023年度中に発表する予定である。

The mental disorders of children and youth are related to the semi-structural characteristics of the Japanese version of Kiddie Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia Present and Lifetime Version (K-SADS-PL) for DSM-5. Results: the results showed that International Journal of Methods in Psychiatric Research had a significant difference. In the past, the Japanese version of K-SADS-PL DSM-5 was made, and the characteristics were completed. In the first two years of the study, the average number of children with childhood obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in K-SADS-PL DSM-5 was 18 months, and the study was conducted during the study period. The characteristics of the Japanese version of K-SADS-PL DSM-5 and the characteristics of the Japanese version of the Japanese version of the software were studied on the scale of the survey and study, and the research plan was put on file. The operation of Child Behavior Check List 6-18 (Child Behavior Check List 6-18) is very important. We will conduct an examination on the understanding of childhood obsessive-compulsive disorder in childhood. The results show that the forecast is expected in the middle of the year 2023.
