项目摘要

2022年度は過去に1か月以上うつ病による休職歴がある正規労働者の方々を対象として、①休職中の期間、②復職可の診断書が出て復職までの期間、③復職後の時期において、どの機関・支援者から、どのようなサポートが求められるのかを明らかにすることを目的とする質的調査の分析を行った。調査内容は、これまでの休職回数や期間、個人属性などの項目に加え、①休職中の期間、②復職可の診断書が出て復職までの期間、③復職後の時期において、どの機関・支援者から、どのようなサポートが求められるのかに関するものであった。この調査結果については、引き続き学会発表および論文において結果を発表する予定である。また、2021年度に量的調査を実施したメンタルヘルス不調による休職経験のない労働者600名(男性300名，女性300名)を対象に行ったWEB調査の結果についての追加解析を行い、マインドフルネスがメンタルヘルスに影響を及ぼす際のセルフ・コンパッションの影響について検討を行った。その結果、マインドフルネスの得点からセルフ・コンパッションのネガティブ因子への負の影響、およびセルフ・コンパッションのネガティブ因子からストレス反応へ正の影響が認められた。その一方で、休職経験のない労働者において、マインドフルネス得点から、セルフ・コンパッションのポジティブ因子およびストレス反応に関しては、有意な影響が認められなかったことが確認された。最終年度は、①うつ病による休職経験者のプレゼンティーズムの抑制要因について，メンタルヘルスの不調による休職経験のない者との比較検討を行い、および②うつ病休職経験者にとって有効なプレゼンティーズムの抑制要因およびサポート要因に関する研究結果の集約を行う。
