2022度は、2021年度まで進めてきた理論的考察や実証分析の成果を、査読付き学術誌で出版するとともに国際研究大会での報告を通して研究成果の社会への還元に努めた。本研究は、中国の経済的台頭とその影響がもたらす不確実性を前提とし、同国の一帯一路構想（BRI）に対する周辺国の戦略的対応を、経済的利得の確保と安全保障の懸念、インド太平洋をカバーする地域間制度による対外的連携という内容をもつヘッジ戦略を通して、考察することを目的としていた。インド、インドネシア、日本の3か国を事例対象として取り上げ、各国の戦略的対応の状況、その背景要因などについて考察を進めた。仮説で想定されていた通り、中国との貿易投資関係の深化を通じた経済的利得の確保と（海洋）安全保障をめぐる緊張と対立が、アジア主要3か国のBRIへの具体的対応に微妙な影響を与えていたことが確認された。そして、具体的対応においては、それまでの中国との外交関係や国内政治プロセスが大きな要因となっていることも確認された。BRIへの日本の対応については、関連プロジェクトに参加させてもらい最終成果著書における事例の一章として取り込んでもらった。また、インドとインドネシアの対応戦略については、英文査読付き学術誌2誌に投稿し、査読者からのコメントに対応したうえで大幅な修正を行って、論文の出版という成果を出すことができた。

In 2022 and 2021, we will make progress in theoretical investigation, research and analysis, publish academic journals, report on international research conferences, and make efforts to return research results to society. This study aims to explore the uncertainty of the impact of China's economic development on the global economy, the benefits of economic development, the security concerns, and the inter-regional systems of the Pacific Ocean. In Japan, the situation of the three countries, the situation of the countries, and the background factors are examined. It is said that the deepening of trade and investment relations between China and China will ensure the benefits of (marine) security and security, and the specific subtle effects of BRI in the three major countries will be confirmed. China's foreign relations and domestic political relations are important to the country's stability and stability. BRI's Japanese counterpart is a chapter in the book on the subject. In addition, due to the difficulties in the development of the Internet and Internet research, the English journal will be submitted to the Academic Journal 2, and the comments from the reviewers will be significantly revised. The publication of the paper and the results will be published.
