本研究は、対面でのインタビュー調査やヒアリング調査が実施できず、文献や資料を整理することによる理論研究を中心に実施した。詳細は以下の通りである。第１に、2021年度に引き続き、NUMMIの労働協約書の内容分析を実施した。NUMMIという合弁企業の成功は「労使関係の改善」、「アメリカ労働組合(UAW)の経営への協力」にあると言われているが，UAWは実際、どのように経営に関与したかについて解明する必要があると考える。そのため，NUMMIの労働協約書(計７冊)を翻訳しつつ、 NUMMIの労使関係はどの時点で変化したか、また、その関係は「信頼」から「安心」にシフトしたかを明らかにしている最中である。第2に、企業別労働組合の特徴を改めて明確にしている。NUMMIの労使関係の形成プロセスにおいて日本型労働組合の影響が大きいと言われているが、今後NUMMIにおける信頼とコミットメントの関係性を仮説し、これを論証できる見通しである。第3に、「信頼」という概念に基づいてNUMMIにおける労使関係がどのように構築されたかを模索しつつ、仮説を立てた。すなわち、NUMMIでは，「①低コミットメント×低信頼」のアメリカ型労使関係とも，「②高コミットメント×低信頼」の日本型労使関係とも異なる，「③高コミットメント×高信頼」という第3の労使関係が目指され，それが，労使双方の努力によって実現されたことを論証できる見通しである。以上のように本研究は、山岸(1997)における信頼理論を研究フレームワークとして，NUMMIの労使の信頼関係はどのようなアプローチで構築されたかについて分析した。また信頼理論に基づく労使関係の分析を国際学会で報告を行った。

This study is aimed at the implementation of theoretical research on the basis of literature and data collation. Details of the following are provided below.
