项目摘要

コロナ禍のために、２０２０年度に引き続き、予定していた教員を対象とした研修会を開催することが困難な見通しとなった一方で、コロナ禍が長引く中での心の健康維持の観点の重要度が強まったことを受け、研究計画を今できることで今大切だと考えられる内容に急遽変更し、2021年度に次のような実践と調査を実施することになった。岐阜県の公立中学校3校に所属し受け持ち学級のある教員を対象に、認知行動療法を用いた“気持ちを整理する方法”を学ぶ授業について説明会を開催し、次に、その説明会に参加した教員はそれぞれの受け持ち学級でその授業を実施、その前後の生徒の反応を観察することにした。授業1か月前、授業前1週以内、授業後1週以内、授業1か月後に授業アンケートを実施した。対象は3校の全学年であった（A校140名、B校442名、C校444名、計1022名）。アンケートの内容は、学校適応の程度を測定する項目（河村 1999a，1999b，大久保・青柳2004，大久保 2005，石田 2009を参考にした）、抑うつの程度の測定する項目（バールソン児童用抑うつ性尺度（Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children; DSRS-C）による）、ADHD傾向を測定する項目（Conners3-SR（CK.Conners 2008）、ADHD-RS（GJ.DuPaul 1998）、DSM-5の診断基準を参考にした）、生徒の授業への感想である。2022年度は回収したデータを整理、解析し、学術的発表に向け準備した。さらに、コロナ禍に伴う2つ目の研究計画変更として、認知行動療法を活用した大学生向けのストレスマネジメント学習会の試行に向けて計画を練った。
